A: We only copy or print on letter size (8.5" x 11") or (11 x 17") prints. Color laser printing leaves a small border around the edge of your page, so please remember to allow for an unprintable margin (.25" on all four sides).

A: For color copies we use Hammermill Laser Print White 28#, 20# , 24# ,32paper and #80 glossy paper, which has been specially formulated for brilliant color.

A: Yes! We offer custom trimming, 3-hole punching, Folding, Stapling, GBC Comb binding, Coil Binding, Saddle Stitching, Perfect Binding, Velo Binding, Tape Binding, and Velo-Binding. If you have a special need, just give us a call and we will tailor a solution to meet your needs.

A: Typical turnaround time 24 to 48 hours or more varies depending on type of job. Turn around times may increase or decrease depending on the quantity and/or size of the job.

A: Sending files to us through our "SEND IT" link which is very secure & has no limitations on size
Q: How long does it take for you to receive my File?
A: It may take anywhere from 2 minutes to one hour depending on the internet traffic .
Q: Once you receive my file, how long does it take before you look at it and contact me ?
A: Our goal is to preflight every order within 2 hours of receipt. Please keep in mind that the volume of incoming files can affect how quickly your files are reviewed.
